consistency is key

Whether you’re in the gym or out on the water, Robridge Training is a new way to plan your sessions and stay consistent.

The problem

I built Robridge Training because I’ve lived this problem first hand. Without one place to keep track of everything, it was easy to lose count of what I’d actually done, and even easier to let a quiet week slide. The platform fixes that by putting every session in one place, from gym work and mobility to foiling and sailing, so you can see exactly how much you’re doing and where the gaps are. That visibility creates accountability: when your training is logged and your streak is on the line, you’re far more likely to turn up and keep going. And the consistency pays off where it matters. Stronger, fitter and better-recovered sailors and foilers spend longer on the water, make fewer mistakes when they’re tired and progress faster.

The idea

Robridge Training is a training planner built for people who split their time between the gym and the water. You log each session, whether it’s strength, cardio, mobility, foiling, sailing or recovery, and the platform keeps it all in one place, with a notes section for capturing what worked and what to change next time. Everyone can use the planner to start building their streak.

Building the platform

Robridge Training is still being built so for now it’s invite-only. I’m opening a small number of early access places to Robridge members who want to help shape it before launch. It’s being built in the same sailor-first spirit as my earlier platform, CrewFinder: start with a real problem on the water, keep it simple, and improve it with feedback from the people who use it. The planner, dashboard and notes are already taking shape, and early members will be the first to try them, the first to see new features as they land, and the ones whose ideas steer what gets built next. Access is by request only, so if you want a place, get in touch and ask to be added to the early access list.

What's next

We're always looking for ways to improve your experience using our platforms so if you have any suggestions on how we can improve Robridge training now or after its launch then let us know.
