About the programme

Robridge Watersports is a new company built by people who love being on the water. We’re growing, and we want to grow alongside the athletes who share that passion. Our sponsorship programme is how we back sailors, windsurfers and other watersports athletes who are working hard to improve and compete. We’re a young brand, so we won’t pretend to offer big cash deals. What we can offer is real support, a genuine partnership and a platform that grows as we do. If you’re committed to your sport and want a brand that’s invested in your journey from the start, we’d love to hear from you.

Who we're looking for

We’re not looking for a type. We’re looking for a mindset.

Robridge athletes are the ones who are first on the water and last off it. They chase conditions other people avoid, push their limits every session, and keep coming back for more. They might be racing at the top level, or they might be a rising talent about to break through.

They also bring their sport to life off the water. We want athletes who post with confidence on Instagram, share the sessions, the wins and the wipeouts, and talk to their followers instead of just broadcasting at them. You don’t need a huge audience. You need a real one, and the personality to keep it engaged.

If you live for wind, waves and open water, and you represent your sport with energy, character and authenticity, you belong in this conversation. Results matter, but so do your drive, your attitude and the story you’re telling.

We’re building something with a small group of people who push the sport forward. Places are limited, and every application gets read.

Your own Robridge athlete article. A dedicated feature on our website telling your story: who you are, what drives you and where you’re headed. It’s yours to share and use in your own portfolio.

Social media exposure. Regular features, shares and tags across our channels, so our audience follows your journey. We’ll celebrate your results and share your sessions and milestones.

Event and results coverage. We’ll cover your competitions and share your results, race reports and highlights with our audience.

Content collaboration. We’ll work with you on posts, shout-outs and stories that put your sport in front of new people.

Athlete spotlight series. Get involved in our recurring Q&A and “day in the life” features, on our website and Instagram.

Introductions. We’ll connect you with other brands, clubs, coaches and people in our network where we can.

A reference. Active partners get a written reference from us to support future sponsorship applications.

Early access. Get a first look at our products and launches, and a say in what we make.

Community. Join a growing group of Robridge athletes, with shared shout-outs, collaborations and a network of people in the same sport.

A place on the ground floor. Robridge is just getting started. Athletes who join now become part of our story from the beginning and get first call on kit, discount codes and other benefits as the programme grows.

What it means to be a Robridge Athlete

Being a Robridge athlete is an honour. It means you’ve been chosen to carry our name onto the water, and you become one of the faces of everything we’re building. We take that seriously, and we hope you will too. Each athlete who joins helps define what Robridge stands for, so being part of the programme carries real pride and responsibility. It’s a partnership that works both ways: we back you, and we ask you to bring the same energy to us.

Show up and share your journey. Post regularly about your training, your sessions and your competitions. Tag us and tell your story in your own voice.

Engage your community. Talk to your followers, reply to comments and bring people into your sport. This matters more to us than follower count.

Represent the sport well. Compete with respect for other athletes, the water and the people around you. You’re part of the Robridge story, and we want to be proud of it.

Be honest with us. Tell us what’s working, what isn’t and what you’d like to see from the brand. Your feedback shapes where Robridge goes next.
